Negotiation & Contracts

Once we get an offer, I’ll help you negotiate the best terms and walk you through the contract so nothing gets overlooked.

Inspections & Appraisal

I’ll guide you through inspection negotiations and stay on top of the appraisal process to keep us on track.

Closing Day

The attorney will walk you through paperwork to sign, and then you hand over the keys.
